The madman behind the method...

Hey, thats me!

Though I may be shy about my hairline, I'm no stranger when it comes to showing off some lush designs and rich illustrations. Why not take a quick browse and have a look at some of the work I've buried myself in over the past few years?

Or you can scroll down a little and see some of the cool stuff I've gotten up to over the years!

Currently, I work from a shared stuio in cumbria along side several other talented designers and illustrators.

My current workload consists of both personal projects that I publish through platforms like Etsy, Kickstarter and webtoons, as well as different client projects for people and businesses both near and far.

Here’s a little on how I ended up in the studio:

First getting into the world of freelance comics in 2020, with my crowdfunded comic "The hanged man", I have spent the past few years as a regular attendant of many comic events and convetions around the UK, adding to my lineup of comics with titles such as "Howl", and "Lambcelot".

My journey to the north...

Wanting to help learn more about what it takes to be a fully fledged artist and designer, I headed to Carlisle University, where I worked hard for 3 years in illustration and design, spending my time there doing things such as founding a local makers group, being one of the 2 leads in the yearly degree show, and ending my time there with a 1st class degree.

What came next?

Graduating from student, to studio, I took one of the final projects I did at university- a series of illustrations for a colour copy of Peter Pan- and decided to turn it into a fully fledged book. The resulting final copy ended up being blessed with Great Ormond street's seal of approval for publishing.

Where to go from here...

After breaking out into the professional world with my copy of Peter Pan, I’ve since been working from Isle studio on many client projects, for everything from brewery merchandise, to band posters. I’m passionate about bringing some personality to a world fast growing with visual fluff that means nothing. To me, one drawing that can make a difference to ten people, is far more meaningful than a drawing 10,000 are going to scroll past.
